    please contact me as soon as you know what the problem is and let me know if this message needs to be resent or what can be done to rectify it. The test message went out fine to our multiple test email sites. The actual message has not arrived at any of the sites and is showing a tiny opening rate, completely out of the norm for our mailings. So definitely has a problem.

    Hello Ray,

    I apologize for your inconvenience and delay in getting you resolution on this particular matter. I have communicated your needs and frustrations to our Product/Delivery Team and I am hoping to hear back from them soon to get you the information you need for your campaign.

    We do believe that the original Delivery Delay stemmed from some high-traffic on our server, which will be remedied in an upcoming NamasteLight release. What we are determining now is whether or not the messages have all in fact been delivered and whether or not there are any reporting discrepancies.

    We will get back to you as soon as we have additional information.
