I only know this because Karynne did not get hers, and she has multiple emails in the list I used. I however did get mine. Is there a reason for this issue? It has happened in the past. Thanks!

    Hello Elliana,

Thank you for contacting NamasteLight Support.

Is it possible that the message in questions landed in Karynne's Spam/Bulk folder? Generally once a message leaves our system, it is up to the delivery/destination server to decide if it's going to block/bounce, deliver to inbox, or deliver to spam/bulk.

Also, you may want to make sure that her particular email address is displayed as an active email address in the list the message was sent to. To check this:

    • Login to NamasteLight, click on Contact Lists tab
    • Click on the Mailing List in question to enter List Summary
    • Scroll down to the list itself, in the upper right corner of List, click on Search Link
    • Enter Email Address, click search and scroll down to see results

One last thing you may want to check is to see if the same Email Address exists on the suppression list. If so, the recipient will not receive your messages. To check this:

    • Login to NamasteLight, click Contact Lists tab
    • Click on Suppression list link directly under Contact Lists tab
    • Search for Email Address
    • If it exists there, you will need to remove it from the suppression list

Please let us know if you have further questions. Also, feel free to give us a call at 888-353-1095 x 2.

    Namaste,

    Juju

    Hi Juju,

Thanks for getting back to me. It did go to her spam. I wonder if that's
because I had quotation marks in the subject line? it was "Passion, Please."
Also what's interesting is that when I sent it as a test, it got to her, but
when I sent it en mass, it went to spam. Any thoughts on that?

    Ok thanks so much!
Is there a way for me to JUST resend it out with a different subject line to
    those who DIDN't open it.

    Hello Elaina,

It's possible. However, it depends on the Particular Email Client's server rules for spam/bulk.

To resend a message to people that did not open the original message:

You will first need to create a segment as follows:

    • Login to NamasteLight, Click on Contact Lists tab
    • Click on your Mailing list to enter List Summary
    • In List Summary, hover your mouse over the Segments section, click Add
    • For Rule 1, hit the down arrow and select Didn't Opened under message inactions
    • Next, specify the message you previously sent in the drop down
    • Calculate Segment and Save

    Once Segment is created:
    - Go back to Campaigns Tab - Duplicate your previously sent message - Click on the Duplicate to Edit and go back to Step 1 of Message Creation to specify that you are sending to your newly created Segment - Proceed to edit Your Message and Schedule to send

Please let us know if you need further assistance. Also, feel free to give us a call at 888-353-1095 x 2.

    Namaste,

    Juju
