Email - Scheduled and did not deliver

I scheduled an email yesterday to go at 1:15 AM PT today and it did not go. This same email was having issues when I tried to deliver a test email (it would say a test email has been sent, but never actually be delivered).

I am going to reschedule this email, but I want to make sure everything is going to work.

Also, shows that 48 people Opened the message. This would indicate the message was delivered.
