is there a way to see who has not opened a Campaign??

    Hi Lesley,

    Thank you for contacting NamasteLight support.

    Yes, you can do this by creating a Segment and Viewing the Results.

    • Login to NamasteLight, click on Contact Lists tab
    • Click on your Mailing list to enter List Summary
    • Hover your mouse over the Segments section, click 'Add' link
    • Give your Segment a Name, from the Drop down in Rule 1, select 'Didn't Opened'
    • To the right of Rule 1, select the specific message you are concerned with
    • Click 'Create Segment'
    • Back in List Summary, click on the Down Arrow next to Displaying Segment box in Upper-right corner
    • Choose your new segment, this will update your List View to only display the member records that meet your criteria
    • Scroll down to see the list

    Hi Lesley,

    Currently, there is not a function to delete members who have not opened. However, you can do the opposite and set up a new list with only people who have opened. Instead of selecting Didn't Opened for the segment, select Opened and specify your message. Once segment is created, go to the List Summary and in the upper right hand corner select your new segment in 'Displaying'. From there, scroll to the bottom of the list and in the lower-right hand corner, export the list. Once exported, create a new list under Contact Lists tab and upload your CSV.
