Hello,

Could you pls help us? When we post the "web version" on social media, especially Facebook, of many of our campaigns, the name of an old campaign will come up so we can't use them. One example is this web version: http://track.namastelight.com/v/443/312b10156f3b6f4918afb44e6d2cb5aac19cbe3b3585224b But you'll see that "Kathryn Budig" comes up at the top (see attached). Could you please help us resolve this issue?

Thanks!

Rachel

    Hello Rachel,

While editing your next Campaign for delivery, click on the HTML button in the HTML Editor Tool Bar. Towards the top of the Code, you should see Title Tags that looks like:

In between these Title Tags should be what is being populated there. Generally, if you place the following:

    [SUBJECT]

The Subject Short Code will be replaced with the Subject Line of your Campaign.

    Hope this helps!

    Namaste,

    Juju
