Hi Jeff,

I have been notified that a few of our reps are not receiving my email
blasts from MyEmma. I have spent some time on the phone with MyEmma to
correct the issue on our end (which we have), but these reps are still not
getting them.
The MyEmma Rep said that I need to contact you guys for any further
assistance.

Any ideas?

    Hello Ashley,

    Thank you for contacting NamasteLight Support.

    It looks like your most recent messages are coming from [email blocked]. Can you tell me which specific Email Addresses you seem to be having issues with of hand? Did Emma happen to walk you through setting spf/dkim on your DNS to let other servers know Emma is sending on behalf of Pureremedy.com? If you happen to be sending to Pureremedy addresses from a Pureremedy address, you may need to whitelist all Emails coming from the Emma server. Also. when people are checking their spam/bulk folders, can you tell me which Email Client they are using? Outlook? Iphone ? Is it possible for them to login to their Email on the Server to check Server Spam/Bulk Folders?
